Though many buyers think otherwise, the typical yacht broker is legally representing only the seller, unless otherwise provided by specific agreement with the buyer and confirmed by acknowledgement to the seller, whether the broker is showing the buyer his own listing, or a listing of another broker.
We legally represent you the buyer, not the seller. Our fee is paid, not by you, but out of the money the seller already has agreed to pay his broker for listing and selling his yacht.
We search the whole universe of available yachts to find the right proper yacht at the right proper price for you, as opposed to a broker who primarily tries to sell you a yacht that he has listed on behalf of a seller.
