#1. When your Owner deals with a broker who is listing for a Seller a yacht for sale, by law this broker represents only the Seller, not your Owner.

#2. We represent only the interest of the yacht Buyer, never the Seller. We provide the Buyer the most sophisticated representation and execution of due diligence in this industry, in terms of providing our client all facts relevant to the merit and value of any particular yacht that is promoted on the market by a Seller or his broker.

#3. We bring to the due diligence process an experienced Team with decades of expertise in all elements of the yacht market and the world of law practice.

#4. To properly represent the Buyer, we recognize that a great resource of knowledge is often the Buyer’s Captain.
